Review of La Candela Hicksville NY
I’ve been to La Candela Peruvian Cuisine a few times, and while I usually enjoy it, my recent visit was a bit disappointing. Some dishes, like the causa, were too salty, and several items arrived at room temperature not ideal, especially the tamal. The anticucho, however, was delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff was attentive and friendly, which was a plus. The dining room is spacious, but the music was extremely loud, almost like a concert, which made it hard to have a conversation.
