These Business Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Clutchpilot LLC ("Clutchpilot", "we", "us", or "our") and any business, agency, or service provider ("you", "your", or "Business") that uses the Clutchpilot platform to list, promote, or manage a company profile or engage with our audience.

By submitting a business listing or creating a profile on Clutchpilot, you agree to be bound by these Business Terms and our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To register a business on Clutchpilot, you must:

• Be an authorized representative of the business.
• Provide accurate and verifiable business information.
• Operate a legal, registered business entity.

2. Business Profile & Content Submission

By submitting your business information to Clutchpilot:

• You affirm that all details (name, services, logos, images, contact info, etc.) are accurate and up to date.
• You grant Clutchpilot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content across our site, marketing materials, and partner platforms.
• You are responsible for the content and claims made in your business listing.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit listings that are incomplete, inaccurate, deceptive, or violate our policies.

3. User Reviews

• Businesses may receive public reviews from users on Clutchpilot.
• Clutchpilot does not control or edit user-generated reviews unless they violate content guidelines (e.g., hate speech, spam, defamation).
• Businesses may respond publicly to reviews to clarify or address feedback.

We do not remove negative reviews upon request unless they breach our Review Policy.

4. Verification & Ranking

Clutchpilot offers manual and automated verification of business listings. Factors influencing visibility and ranking may include:

• Completeness of profile
• Number and quality of reviews
• Engagement with customers
• Participation in premium plans (if applicable)

Clutchpilot does not guarantee listing placement, ranking, or exposure.

5. Paid Listings & Services

Businesses may opt-in for premium listings or promotional services. By doing so:

• You agree to pay all fees outlined at the time of subscription or service use.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Clutchpilot reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or availability of services.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or removal of services.

6. Prohibited Business Activities

Clutchpilot does not allow listings for:

• Illegal businesses or services
• Adult content, gambling, or get-rich-quick schemes
• Unlicensed financial services
• Deceptive, pyramid, or MLM business models

We reserve the right to reject or remove any business at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clutchpilot is not liable for:

• Any business loss, disruption, or damage resulting from being listed or delisted
• Negative reviews or customer interactions
• Technical issues impacting your listing visibility or traffic

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your business account or access if:

• You violate these Terms or our platform rules
• You provide false or misleading information
• Your business no longer exists or operates legally

9. Changes to Terms

Clutchpilot may update these Business Terms at any time. Businesses will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
