Wht stood out to me was the cmpassion and professionalism of the team .They made me feel safe and cared for throughout the transfer process .The staff communicated clearly ,treated me with respect , n it was obvious they genuinely care about the people they serve especially veterans .That personal touch made all the difference ✌
